Moving comes with plenty to organise. We help you plan the cleaning by reviewing the property's condition, your handover date and any agent or landlord checklist you provide.
Typical scope
Your written quote will confirm the exact inclusions. Depending on the property, these may include:
- Kitchen surfaces, sink and cupboard cleaning.
- Oven cleaning where included in the quote.
- Bathroom fixtures, toilets, showers and basins.
- Accessible doors, frames and skirting boards.
- Dust and cobweb removal from accessible areas.
- Vacuuming and suitable hard-floor cleaning.
- Internal windows, tracks and glass where specified.
- Laundry cleaning.
Quote these extras in advance
Carpet cleaning, stain treatment, external windows, pressure washing, balconies, lawn mowing and rubbish or furniture removal must be discussed and included separately where required.
Before the clean
Please confirm that the property will be vacant, belongings and rubbish have been removed, and electricity and water are available. Advise us of access restrictions and the deadline for returning keys.
Clear expectations
Cleaning cannot repair damage, replace fixtures or guarantee removal of permanent stains. Bond decisions are made by your landlord or agent, so we do not promise a particular bond outcome. Any return-visit arrangement must be stated in your quote.
